The "Global Hardware Development Summit" held concurrently with the exhibition will gather authoritative experts such as John Barrett, the president of the World Hardware Federation (IHA), and Tan Jianrong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. The Fraunhofer Institute in Germany will release the "Guidelines for Improving Energy Efficiency in the Hardware Industry". Currently, projects such as 3D printed degradable water pipe fittings and solar garden tool sets have made it to the finals. For international audiences who are unable to attend the event in person, the organizing committee offers an online live streaming service with real-time translation in 8 languages.
